When an account is closed for a breach of terms, any remaining balance — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. PK Game 365 will communicate the reason for closure where it is permitted to do so.

Any remaining real-money PKR balance in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed back to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.
